ဘောလုံးကိုင်ထားသောဆန့်ကျင်ဘက်ကို ချက်ချင်းဖိနင်း ဘောလုံးပြန်ရယူနည်းဗျူဟာဖြစ်သည်။ High Press (မြင့်မြင့်ဖိနင်း)၊ Mid-block Press (ကွင်းလယ်ဖိနင်း) ကဲ့သို့ ပုံစံများ ရှိသည်။ Liverpool, Manchester City နှင့် Germany အသင်းများ အသုံးပြုသော နည်းဗျူဟာဖြစ်သည်။

A tactical approach where players immediately put pressure on the opponent with the ball to win it back quickly. Can be applied in different areas of the pitch: high press, mid-press, or low block.
